I know it’s a crazy thought teaching creationism in public schools. Here’s my complete lesson:
God created the earth. We don’t know how he did it. More than that is pure speculation. End of story.
I really don’t know what else you can say about creationism.
I was thinking of about the teaching of creationsim because of this article at Wired.com. Wired is pretty scared of the idea of teaching creationism, but then I admit that I don’t know exactly what the creationists want taught. There doesn’t seem to me to be much for them to teach.

Paul Begala, former Clinton strategist writes:
In choosing Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin to be his running mate he is not thinking “outside the box,” as some have said. More like out of his mind.
Palin a first-term governor of a state with more reindeer than people, will have to put on a few pounds just to be a lightweight. Her personal story is impressive: former fisherman, mother of five. But that hardly qualifies her to be a heartbeat away from the presidency.
Really? So what exactly makes Barak Obama more qualified for the presidency? Palin, at least, has been a chief executive. That’s something that Obama, Biden, and McCain have not been. If I were Obama’s people, I’d stay clear of talking about Palin’s lack of experience because it only highlights that Obama is a lightweight.

A few nights ago I got a call from my sister a 2 am. At first I thought there was some kind of emergency. Luckily, there wasn’t. Instead she was calling for advice. My brother-in-law had just apprehended a Peeping Tom with his handgun and in the process he had fired a warming shot in the air. Why sister was wondering if my brother-in-law should get an attorney to talk with the police. In the end, the Police didn’t have any problems with my brother-in-law’s actions. Here’s an interview KSL did with my brother-in-law:
Here’s the KSL story and here’s the story from the Herald Journal.

After being kept out of the Tour, Alberto Contador and Astana will be looking to crush the competition, especially the winner of the Tour de France, Carlos Sastre to further prove that Astana should have been invited to the Tour.
Sastre’s team, CSC, will be without some of their best riders such as the gold medal winning Fabian Cancellara, and the Schleck brothers so Sastre will be somewhat isolated. Also, Cadel Evans is injured and will be nursing his knee back to health.

I don’t know who Sophie Monk is, but I’m a fan. Generally I’m not a fan of people who promote PETA, but Sophie, like Amanda Beard, is a special case. A few months ago Sophie posed nude for a PETA poster promoting vegetarianism and now she eats at KFC. How great is this?
Like PETA itself, Sophie is a hypocrite about animals. But I don’t have a problem with that. I think chicken is pretty tasty too.
